What is the leaderboard?
The leaderboard provides a ranking of everyone to help you get in the competitive spirit. Points earned by completing our labs will help you climb up the leaderboard.
To access the leaderboard:
- Navigate to your Profile icon in the main navigation bar on the far right and select Leaderboard
- Via Upskill in the main navigation menu and select Leaderboard found in the 'My Progress' area
- Your organization's leaderboard is also displayed on our Launchpad, under the section showcasing your profile
The three types of leaderboard: my team, all teams, my organization
My team leaderboard
If you're a part of any teams, here you'll have your team name and a leaderboard consisting of your team members. You can see where your entire team is ranked, allowing you to compete against each other.
All teams leaderboard
Organization Managers or Administrators may have grouped individuals into various teams based on their skill level, role in the organization, or location. If this is the case, your all teams leaderboard will list all the groups set up at your organization, allowing you to compete against other teams.
My organization leaderboard
Here you'll be ranked against everyone in your organization, allowing you to compete at the organizational level.
Why am I not appearing in leaderboards?
If your profile is not appearing in your organization's leaderboards, this is because a setting to do with your profile's visibility is disabled.
You can change this setting by navigating to your profile via your profile icon on the far right of the main navigation menu and selecting 'Settings.'
Ensure the 'Let Other People See my Details' option is selected. If it is not selected, your profile will not appear in leaderboards.
